Winter wonderland setting, well-put together and clean rooms, decently equipped gym, diverse and delicious breakfast. Wonderful views, pleasant staff, and even got upgraded.

Spending Easter weekend at this hotel was amazing. the welcoming staff went above and beyond our expectations to ensure we felt comfortable. We enjoyed delicious complimentary breakfast and relaxing spa facilities. the location was perfect for our needs with stunning mountain views and a peaceful environment. the spacious and modern rooms were clean and comfortable, providing us with a good night's rest.

Our only disappointment was the spa. Although the sauna was an enjoyable experience, half of the available saunas did not work and the pool water was too cold to use.

This hotel is a hidden gem surrounded by beautiful nature. The interior is gorgeous, and the staff is kind. Delicious food and very clean. Perfect for relaxation and energy restore in the heart of mount Igman.

The hotel was designed with relaxation in mind, surrounded by untouched nature and offering a fantastic spa area. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a high-quality accommodation experience. The indoor pool was great, and I also enjoyed the massage service at an affordable price. The staff were friendly and the restaurant and bar had excellent options. The included breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious food. Additionally, the hotel provided free equipment for children in the ski room and a nearby play area, making it an ideal location for families. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning soon.
