I had a wonderful 3-night stay at Charlton Hall Estate in a beautifully decorated Pole Barn room. the attention to detail in the design and furnishings was impressive, and I enjoyed every aspect of the room. the main house, where I had breakfast, drinks, and snacks, added to the overall experience. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. the location of the estate, nestled in the countryside, was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions such as Alnwick and Bamburgh castles. A truly memorable stay.

We had a great New Year's stay! the room we were upgraded to was stunning and spacious. the grounds and decor were beautiful, creating a lovely atmosphere. the location was great, providing a quiet and peaceful retreat. We also enjoyed the excellent breakfast and the friendly and helpful staff.

There were a few drawbacks. the soundproofing in the room was poor, as we could hear noises from adjacent rooms and were even woken up by furniture being moved.

We loved the beautiful grounds, surrounded by peaceful countryside and the pond. The interiors were thoughtfully designed and the rooms were clean. The extra tea and coffee in the accommodation foyer was a nice touch. The breakfast at Tempus was delicious with a great selection. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive.

Value for money and room excellence were on point at Charlton Hall Estate. The location was perfect, being conveniently close to the A1, and the staff treated us with utmost friendliness and helpfulness throughout our stay.

As for breakfast items, the only improvement that could be made is ensuring prompt refills of tea and coffee, as well as enough tables and cutlery for all guests.

Check-in at 2am was a breeze, and the room I stayed in was absolutely spectacular. The Dyson fan in the corner was a lifesaver on the hot night, and the huge bath was a luxurious touch. The room had a great TV on the wall and I couldn't fault anything about it. The breakfast in the morning was also fantastic, and the staff were attentive and friendly. I definitely hope to return in the near future.
