The New Year at the hotel was a great getaway. The location was stunning, just by the river with a beautiful view. Breakfast was fantastic, very filling and fresh ingredients used. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The walls were thin and we could hear the noise from the entertainment area downstairs which made sleeping at night difficult. The room was not well maintained and there were some safety concerns such as the hairdryer being unsafe. The language barrier was also an issue as very few staff members spoke English.

The hotel location is superb, with a 2-minute walk to the city center and a beautiful view of the river. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. The rooms are clean with a beautiful view. The hotel restaurant offers a range of delicious food at affordable prices and the breakfast is unexpectedly good.
