The New Year at the hotel was a great getaway. The location was stunning, just by the river with a beautiful view. Breakfast was fantastic, very filling and fresh ingredients used. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The walls were thin and we could hear the noise from the entertainment area downstairs which made sleeping at night difficult. The room was not well maintained and there were some safety concerns such as the hairdryer being unsafe. The language barrier was also an issue as very few staff members spoke English.

This hotel is a great value for money with its affordable prices, especially considering the fantastic location in the center of the city and its scenic views overlooking the river. The staff members are incredibly friendly and provide excellent service, making the guests feel welcome and well taken care of. The rooms are comfortable and some even have balconies where you can enjoy the view. In addition, the breakfast offers a wide variety of options to choose from.

No improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.
