We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Eleven Inn. The attention to detail in the rooms was remarkable, with universal sockets and the ability to control the lights from the bed. The WiFi was excellent and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding. We even received a complimentary upgrade and gift when the hotel learned we were getting married. The location was perfect, close to the old town yet in a quiet neighborhood. The air conditioning was top-notch, providing a cool retreat after a hot day. The view from our upgraded room was breathtaking. This hotel is definitely one of our favorites, offering high standards and comfort at an affordable price.

We did encounter a minor issue with the dripping toilet water faucet, which caused some flooding in the washroom. Additionally, it was sometimes difficult to reach reception when the young woman was working.

The location in the hills provides a breathtaking view of the city and is extremely convenient for visiting the nearby attractions. The rooms are well equipped with modern amenities, including soundproofed rooms, free toiletries, and an electric kettle. The 24-hour reception makes it easy to check-in at any time, and the free Wi-Fi allows me to stay connected during my stay. The restaurant and bar area is cozy, and the welcome drink is a nice touch.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving stay at this hotel. the breakfast was a treat with two complementary facts offered, making it a good start to the day. the location was the best, as it was just a walking distance from the major points of interest, including restaurants and cafes. the staff was very kind and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable.

the front desk mixed up our rooms during check-in, leading to some people receiving a free upgrade while others did not get what they paid for. This inconsistency in service did not meet our expectations.

Eleven Inn was a great place to stay. the staff, especially Sako, were amazing and very accommodating. the hotel was quiet, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing experience. It is located in a convenient location, with easy access to everything. the building itself is nice and the rooms are spacious and clean. the bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was large with a great shower head. the staff, including Ando at the reception, were friendly and helpful. I even received assistance when I needed to order a cab to the airport. Highly recommended!

That the blankets on the bed could have been a bit bigger, especially during the winter months when we needed extra warmth. However, the hotel did provide extra blankets in the closet, so it wasn't a major issue.
