I had a fantastic stay at President in Sarajevo. The hotel's location was absolutely perfect, with everything I needed right on my doorstep. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment for my five-night stay. I especially enjoyed the fresh breakfast that was prepared each day, and the lady who greeted me warmly every morning made me feel right at home. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as limited socket availability and the need to park outside temporarily to check-in, my overall experience was excellent. The helpful and friendly staff, combined with the convenient location, made President the ideal choice for my visit to Sarajevo. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to the area.

Great location near old town center. Staff were helpful, upgraded our room for free and assisted with parking. Room was modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast included a good selection. Pedestrian zone of old city was easily accessible.

I had a great time at the President! My room was upgraded for free because I was traveling with my family. Even though there were some minor issues with the breakfast, the staff were friendly and helpful. The underground parking was convenient and felt safe. I would recommend this hotel.

The room and bathroom are spacious and modern, providing guests with the necessary amenities for their travels. The staff are friendly, accommodating, and willing to assist with any queries. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of delicious dishes to start the day off right. the hotel provides great value for the price and offers several excellent facilities, such as an underground car park.

The availability of the keycard for the room is limited, which can cause minor inconveniences for guests who require access to the room at different times.

Felt welcomed into the family, nothing to complain about.

This place is right in the heart of everything. We loved being able to step out of the hotel and explore the downtown historical center. Plus, the room service was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly helpful in arranging transportation and tours. The room amenities were also impressive - we were particularly impressed with the soundproofed rooms, which made for a peaceful night's sleep.

The hotel also has convenient car parking and a great breakfast with gluten-free options. Without a doubt, this hotel ranks among my top favorites.

We received free breakfast and parking which was a great deal. the hotel was located in the heart of the city, close to many local restaurants and shopping areas which suited our family's tastes. the room was clean, spacious and we enjoyed the city view from our window.

Our thanksgiving stay was less than perfect. the staff was not very accommodating to our needs and sometimes unresponsive to our inquiries.

We booked a standard room but were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite with a 20 sq m open terrace overlooking the mountains, river, mosque, and old city. The convenient car parking at the -1 floor was a bonus, and the breakfast was fantastic, even offering gluten-free options. This hotel is definitely one of my all-time favorites!
