The hotel had a great location in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk everywhere. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent customer service. We especially liked the cold water dispenser in the lobby and the tasty breakfast.

The room was quite small and there wasn't a lot of space for our luggage. the lack of air conditioning during the summer months made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

The staff were friendly and spoke English well, making it easy for us to communicate and get recommendations. They allowed us to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out. The daily room cleaning was a nice touch, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The breakfast provided a wide range of delicious options and was served during convenient hours.
