We enjoyed the spacious room and the quietness of our stay at Malak Regency. The free access to pool, hammam, and sauna was a great bonus. We were also pleased with the cleanliness of the garage. we would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location close to many tourist spots, making it an ideal base for visiting the city. The restaurant serves delicious meals and breakfast options, which can be enjoyed in the wellness area. The comfortable rooms with great air conditioning, friendly service and clean hotel ambiance are perfect for those who like to relax and unwind.

There is one downside, the bathroom toilet paper is of poor quality.

Our stay at this luxurious hotel was exceptional. The Spa & wellness centre was fantastic, offering a wide range of exclusive amenities such as massage, steam room, and sun loungers. The room advantages were breathtaking - spacious and well-decorated with private facilities. The restaurant exceeded our expectations serving delicious breakfast and special diet menus. the service was outstanding, attentive and helpful. The location was also convenient, with easy access to public transport.

Although the indoor swimming pool was heated, we found the shallow end to be quite small. However, this was a minor issue considering the excellent overall experience.

The location is spot-on, right in the heart of the city and close to all the main sites. Complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi are a plus. The gym is small but decent.

The staff is extremely unfriendly and unhelpful, they don't give any recommendations or useful information. Not worth the price, as the rooms are small and not very clean.
