The staff were hospitable and friendly, spacious and tastefully decorated rooms, delicious traditional cuisine, perfect retreat from crowds, welcoming and helpful restaurant staff.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-designed, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The staff was friendly, helpful, and patient, accommodating families with kids and pets.

It was a bit disappointing that there was no room service available.

The food at the hotel was delicious and plentiful. There were a few traditional dishes that we really enjoyed. the view from our room was amazing as we were able to see the mountains and the countryside. the hotel was located near the main attractions and transportation was easily accessible.

For a hotel that advertises itself as a holiday destination, we expected more of a festive atmosphere. the rooms could have been cleaner as there were some dusty areas that appeared to have been missed by housekeeping.

The location can be a bit isolated, requiring a car to explore the surrounding areas. We experienced a delay at the border during our visit, but this was a minor issue.
