The service provided by the Reception staff member, Max, was exceptional - he is a hidden gem. The staff were cheerful and helpful, and requests were promptly addressed. I was impressed by the thoughtful sanitization pack provided in the bathroom, complete with a mask and sanitizer. The seal on the door to the room added an extra layer of reassurance. The attentiveness in resolving any concerns, such as a faulty mini bar-fridge, was highly impressive. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
