Friendly staff, clean place, great room design, amazing view of downtown, close to Espaço das Americas and Palmeiras Barra Funda metro station.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a well-equipped kitchen, which was perfect for our needs. We were also pleasantly surprised by the amazing view from our room, overlooking the downtown area. The location of this venue was excellent, as it was within walking distance to the Espaco das Americas event venue and the Palmeiras Barra Funda metro station. The lobby was beautifully decorated, adding an elegant touch to our experience. Additionally, the staff provided great recommendations, especially for the convenient Punto Chic restaurant nearby.

In short, we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The room layout didn't match the photos, but it was comfortable and spacious with a convenient kitchen. The windows blocked out any street noise well. The neighborhood felt safe, even when my wife walked around with our dog. Parking was affordable and the WiFi worked great. I would recommend this hotel.

Everything was fantastic.

The room was spacious and the view was great, we could see the whole city from our window. the location was convenient, within walking distance of popular attractions and public transportation. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with valuable information about local restaurants and activities.

Our stay was ruined by a few negative experiences. the elevator was broken for most of the time we were there, which made getting around the hotel difficult.
