I loved this hotel! The location was perfect, right in front of the beautiful Ponta Negra beach. The room was cozy and clean, with everything I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection of food. I had a fantastic stay here.

This beachfront hotel offers a prime location right across the street from the main beach of Natal. Guests can enjoy stunning views of Ponta Negra beach from their rooms, some even boasting a double floor and a jacuzzi on the top floor. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of fresh and delicious options, including the best waffles in Brazil. The friendly staff, like Rodriguez Oliveira at reception, provide excellent service and can assist guests in navigating without Portuguese.

Some guests have reported issues with the cleanliness of the towels, sheets, and pillowcases, with stains being present.

During my stay at the hotel, I had an amazing experience. The receptionist, Daniel, went above and beyond to ensure that my friend and I had a wonderful stay. He not only provided us with a beautiful room but also gave us valuable advice on attractions and excursions in the area. The staff, including Carlos Eduardo and Henrique, were friendly and helpful with our luggage. Wendel, a supervisor in the restaurant, was kind enough to assist me in placing a room-service order, even though I struggled with the language. Our room was always spotless thanks to the hard work of our cleaner, Edianeub. the staff were attentive, smiling, and offered solutions whenever needed. The hotel and its amenities, such as the pool and breakfast, were also exceptional. I'm already spreading the word about this hotel and the area through my social media posts.

The resort was fantastic with great amenities. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the beach and within walking distance to local shops and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the lunch buffet which was reasonably priced. The New Year's party was a delightful surprise and it was free for all guests.

Although the resort was good, we experienced some issues during our stay. we were charged an extra tourism tax fee for the duration of our stay, which was unexpected.

During our stay at Aquaria, we were delighted by the variety and quality of the breakfast buffet. The cakes and fruits were delicious, and we especially enjoyed the omelette station where we could have freshly made omelettes. The chefs at the station provided impeccable service.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, spectacular view from the room, clean and comfortable accommodations, excellent breakfast variety.

Nothing could have been better.
