the staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the property was well-maintained with stunning views of the mountains and lovely desert gardens. the rooms were clean and spacious, and the amenities were top-notch. the restaurant offered great value for our money, and the free breakfasts were delicious. It was also conveniently located close to Puerto Escondido marina, with a short and scenic 10-15 minute walk. We also enjoyed the nearby hiking trail. it was a 5-star experience in terms of rooms and amenities.

The staff, from the wait staff to the grounds staff, were all courteous and helpful. The rooms, although a bit dated, were clean and spacious, with new comfortable mattresses. The food at the restaurant was excellent, with the chocolate clams and lobster being the highlights. We highly recommend this place for its enhanced comfort and quality services.

The location of the hotel was great, being close to the harbor with its restaurant, pool, laundry showers, store, and gas station. It was convenient to have all these amenities nearby. The view from the balcony was stunning, overlooking the beautiful swimming pool, gardens, and mountains. It was a picturesque setting that added to the charm of the hotel.

The lack of pet-friendliness at the hotel. The strict restrictions on having pets in the rooms and designated areas made it difficult for owners to enjoy other facilities like the pool or patio.
