The staff, especially Lucas and the breakfast ladies, were kind, attentive, and efficient. Witnessed an impressive situation where an aggressive guest was handled skillfully and politely by an attentive employee.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff, especially Lucas, were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the service from the ladies in the breakfast area was excellent. The hotel also had a very professional and skilled staff member who handled a difficult situation with a guest refusing to wear a mask. We were impressed by how well they managed it.

That some of the facilities for those with physical handicaps were not fully accessible.

During my weekend stay, I had excellent service from the staff. Lucas was especially kind, helpful and efficient. The breakfast ladies were also very attentive and helpful in every aspect. the hotel's location was very convenient for my needs.

There were some aspects of my stay that were not satisfactory. The room was a bit small and cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably.
