Located up in the mountain, this hotel offers stunning views of the surroundings. The spacious rooms have big and comfortable beds, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The pool was warm and clean and provided a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of work. the restaurant served wonderful food and had exceptional views of the surrounding scenery. the location was perfect for easy access to nearby attractions.

The front desk staff was unorganized and inefficient, causing long wait times for check-in and check-out. the hotel amenities were lacking, with low-quality towels and limited toiletries provided.

This hotel is a true luxury venue with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my needs. the Spa & wellness centre was top-notch, offering massage, steam room, and a heated indoor swimming pool. the sun terrace had comfortable sun loungers and a garden area that provided a relaxing spot to take in the mountain views. the restaurant served excellent special diet menus and a continental breakfast with a poolside snack bar and a bar/lounge area for a drink.

The service was not at the same level as other aspects. the staff was courteous, but there was a shortage of entertainment options, and the public bath had a shallow end that could be deeper.
