I had a wonderful stay at Blue Tree Premium in Florianopolis. The location was perfect for my business needs, with many restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable space to relax. Despite a few minor issues with the Wi-Fi and air conditioning, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. They even arranged a transfer to the airport for us with a lovely gentleman. The location of this place is great, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and a large indoor mall just a short walk away. We loved the breakfast here, it was excellent. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed.

We would recommend this hotel to our friends without hesitation.

We loved the variety of facilities and activities available at the hotel. As karaoke and casino enthusiasts, we were thrilled to find that the hotel had a karaoke room and a casino on-site. It was the perfect way to unwind and have fun during our stay.

Felt completely safe and had nothing to complain about.

There is also a shopping center right across the street, where you can find a grocery store for any essentials you may need. Additionally, there is a nightclub opposite the hotel, which can be noisy if you're a light sleeper. The hotel is also conveniently located next to a mall, providing easy access to various amenities.

The staff at the hotel reception were not consistently friendly, which could be improved.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating, providing me with printed materials and arranging travel options. The location across from a mall was convenient for quick access to stores.

The cleanliness of the room wasn't up to par. The floor was dusty and the toilet wasn't cleaned thoroughly even after I requested it to be cleaned again.
