During our stay at the Lugal, we encountered a minor issue with the Wi-Fi in our room. However, the hotel staff assured us that they were in the process of transitioning to a new system, so we understood. Other than that, our experience was absolutely wonderful. The hotel itself is elegant and stylish, with spacious and well-appointed guest rooms. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to assist us. They even went above and beyond to fix a mistake with our reservations that had been cancelled by accident. The location of the hotel is fantastic, right next to an upscale shopping mall and within walking distance of outstanding restaurants. The breakfast service was excellent, although the fresh fruit could have been a bit riper. Despite the minor hiccups, the overall experience at the Lugal was fantastic, and we highly recommend it.

Here was a perfect place to relax, the amenities made this hotel a luxurious retreat. There were several exclusive facilities to choose from, including an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, and steam room. The sun terrace and sun loungers were comfortable and well-maintained. Furthermore, the Spa lounge offered a wide range of services, including massages, body scrubs, and beauty treatments. The staff was also remarkable, always attentive and courteous.

The only minor issue that stood out was the lack of Turkish cuisine at the restaurant. Despite offering a range of menus to suit special diets, no Turkish dishes were available.

Loved the amazing service here and the elegant rooms! The food options were great with a delicious breakfast included. The staff went above and beyond to remember to come and assist with luggage. The location was convenient and within walking distance of upscale shopping.

The staff could have been more organized during check-in, but this was a minor inconvenience. Would have also appreciated better Wi-Fi in the rooms.

The hotel is conveniently located close to all shops and restaurants, right next door to an upscale shopping mall, and in a very nice area. Guests can also easily access the Sheraton Congress center. The rooms are large, modern, and spacious, with stylish public areas. The staff is friendly, attentive, and provides helpful and informative service. Guests can enjoy a good breakfast with a variety of options.
