Beautiful gardens, nature, and breathtaking views. The spacious chalets and bathrooms were impressive. The staff provided exceptional service and were very helpful. The facilities were great for kids, and the gym had all the necessary equipment. Despite a few minor cleanliness issues and limited vegan options, the overall experience was enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday. it's a great place to stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in a valley was absolutely breathtaking. I enjoyed waking up to beautiful views of the surrounding nature and watching the colorful sunsets in the evenings. The staff were fantastic, always friendly and eager to help. The service was top-notch and I felt truly pampered during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing vacation. I particularly enjoyed the spa and wellness center, where I could unwind and indulge in massages and other treatments. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were also a great way to relax and soak up the sun. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice service. Nice area with beautiful view and nature. Gym is good, pool is okay. Sauna is okay too. Breakfast has fruits and oatmeal. Clean room. Beautiful place in a valley. Fantastic staff. Good facilities for kids.

The nature surrounding the hotel is very beautiful, making the experience relaxing. The facilities for kids are well-maintained and provide a lot of entertainment. the staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to assist us.

The food was subpar and the description of the room was slightly misleading. cleanliness could be improved in some areas of the room as well as the public spaces.
