I visited to explore the nearby Carlsbad Caverns and found my stay quite enjoyable. The room was spacious and nicely updated, with a solid air conditioning system that kept me comfortable. Breakfast had a nice variety, including hot options that fueled my adventures. It was also convenient having a coin laundry on site for a quick refresh during my trip.

The breakfast options included generous portions of foil-wrapped burritos that kept us satisfied until lunch.

The shower area had a very slippery floor that could pose a safety hazard. I had to use a towel for grip.

I stayed for 2 nights. The location is simple to find and near small restaurants. Our room was clean, comfortable beds, and the mini fridge was very cold. The breakfast area was tidy, and the indoor pool was a highlight. Overall, very happy with the experience.

The hotel is clean and relatively new, making it a decent choice for travelers. Breakfast options are plentiful and the staff was responsive, especially Kevin at the front desk who helped with local recommendations. However, some noise issues and basic amenities like the coffee machine could use improvement. A good option for a quick visit to Carlsbad Caverns.

my previous stay in carlsbad was okay, but this time at sleep inn truly exceeded my expectations! the beds were super comfy, and the breakfast options were delicious, especially the biscuits and gravy. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable and memorable.

Housekeeping could improve their standards to avoid cleanliness issues!!! The maintenance of facilities appears neglected, with broken items remaining unfixed!!! Noise disruptions from nearby rooms might distract from a peaceful stay!!! Parking may become a hassle during busy times!!!

the bathroom was just stunningly unclean, with dirty tiles everywhere. also, the breakfast fruit looked like it had been left over from last year. absolutely, i can't believe there was no complimentary upgrade offered for such inconvenience. almost left a good review, but the lack of attention to detail ruins it for me. would have given 5 stars if I were treated like I deserved.

Chilled at the pool, and brekkie was a proper treat—my kids were excited every morning! The staff were super friendly, helping out when we needed extra towels and freshening up the room. The rooms were neat and tidy, which was lekker.

Had to ask for housekeeping every day to sort out the trash, but they were always friendly about it.

Check-in was a breeze, and the room had tall ceilings and fantastic pillows. Enjoyed having the pool all to ourselves—pure bliss! The cleanliness was commendable. I felt right at home.

However, housekeeping was a ghost the entire stay! Guess I'll be coming here for my workout—fetching fresh towels like a fitness guru!

Our family enjoyed a delightful 2-night stay, with spacious rooms and very comfy beds! Internet was dependable, allowing us to plan our Caverns trip seamlessly. Breakfast was a feast with delicious eggs and waffles! Don't miss Eddie's warm greeting for an extra special touch!

Just a proper fit for a weekend in Carlsbad with great value for the money. The bed was really comfy, perfect for recharging after exploring. Try blocking out the parking lot light if you're sensitive to it while sleeping.

The staff were incredibly helpful, going the extra mile with local recommendations and ensuring we had what we needed. Breakfast was impressive, with flavorful options. The picnic area added a lovely touch for outdoor dining.

The pool water was quite chilly, and a few more towels would have been appreciated during our stay.
