Nothing, it is perfect.

The spacious room and comfortable bed made my stay at Carmel Cumbuco Resort incredibly relaxing. The pool area and beach just in front were absolutely amazing. I also had a fantastic experience with the kite club they have. The staff was extremely nice and took care of any issues promptly. The breakfast, though not perfect, still had a wide variety of options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

We had a great time at this hotel, with its luxurious amenities and outstanding service. the Spa and wellness centre was fantastic, with a range of treatments, Turkish bath, steam room, and outdoor swimming pool. the restaurant offered a varied menu with special diet menus, and the breakfast was delicious with various options to choose from. The location was perfect, with direct access to the beachfront, and the lounge area was great for relaxing after a long day. Cons: the only minor issue we encountered was with the sauna being out of order.

The location of the hotel is great as it is just by the beach, providing easy access to the stunning views and relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, there are many restaurants nearby, offering a variety of options for guests to choose from. The hotel also caters to the international market, with staff members who try their best to communicate in English. Moreover, the rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious, ensuring a comfortable stay for guests.

One downside is that the wifi signal in the rooms on the higher floors is weak, which can be inconvenient for guests who rely on a strong internet connection.

The pool and location were great! the food was really good.

The rooms left much to be desired. They were not very clean and there were several basic things missing that should have been provided at a hotel of this level.
