Our stay at this resort was absolutely mind-blowing! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, providing exceptional customer service. The rooms were spacious, exceptionally clean, and beautifully designed. The pool was stunning and the breakfasts were lovely. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk or Tuk Tuk ride away from the city center. We were thrilled with the complimentary suite upgrade and the unlimited a la carte breakfast menu. the experience was super and we highly recommend it to other travelers.

During our romantic escape, we were delighted by the luxurious amenities and impeccable service. The private suite we stayed in exceeded our expectations, with a stunning pool and loft area. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, making us feel special throughout our stay. the location of the hotel was perfect, situated just outside the bustling downtown area, providing a peaceful and secluded atmosphere. We also took advantage of the spa treatments, which were of top-notch quality and added to the overall relaxation experience.

Although our stay was wonderful, we felt that the size of the hotel was slightly smaller than what we had anticipated. It would have been great to have more space and a larger variety of facilities available.

I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful decor throughout the hotel, with its North African/Asian mix. The pool was inviting and the breakfast, while not outstanding, was good. The ambience of Sarai Resort & Spa made it the best place I've stayed in Siem Reap. I highly recommend this hotel.

Cozy room with pool view, smooth check-in, packed breakfast for sunrise at Angkor Wat, extra checkout time. Fabulous salted pool, heavenly spa treatments, fun cooking class. Professional and helpful staff, nice retreat in lively town.

As bike riders, we loved the complimentary bicycle rentals, perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings.

the highlight was definitely the amazing swimming pool, which was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. the spa was fantastic, with a beautiful lotus design and comfortable massage treatments. the staff at Sarai were incredibly friendly and helpful, always smiling and attentive to our needs. We also enjoyed the great cocktail selection at the poolside bar during happy hour. the location was ideal, just a short walk or tuk-tuk ride away from the lively Pub Street and surrounding bars and restaurants. Sarai resort provided a lovely and memorable experience.

Located in a beautiful area, our hotel is close to the city center and within walking distance of the temples. The rooms are spacious and the beds and pillows are perfect for a good night's sleep. The staff provides exceptional service, remembering our names and offering helpful advice. The breakfast is cooked-to-order with delicious options, and the pool area is a great place to relax with a cocktail.

The shower could be more powerful.

The staff were nice and welcoming. the breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices to choose from, and the pool was clean and refreshing during the hot weather. the tour guide was knowledgeable and courteous, and the tuk-tuk rides were an experience in themselves.

The hotel is quite far from the main area, which made transportation an inconvenience. the amenities were not up to standard, the gym equipment were broken and there was no lounge to sit in, which was a disappointment.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like royalty. I was greeted with refreshing drinks and cold towels, and the check, in process was swift. the room was luxurious, with exclusive amenities such as a private terrace with garden views. the swimming pool was exquisite, with sun loungers and a bar/ lounge area with great snacks. the Spa and wellness centre was top, notch, with a fantastic massage and body scrub. the Breakfast buffet was diverse and well, prepared, catering to all dietary needs.
