The setting of the hotel is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views of the bay. The shared areas are tastefully decorated and the hotel facilities are modern and clean. The staff, particularly the reception and concierge, were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations and organizing extra services. The food at the restaurant and snack bar was excellent, with a delicious and varied breakfast.

The breakfast at Casas Brancas Boutique Hotel & Spa was absolutely amazing. They served a wide variety of options and even had delicious chocolate croissants that I couldn't get enough of. The view from the lounge was breathtaking, with a beautiful view of the water that was so relaxing. The location of the hotel was great, close to the center but not noisy or crowded. The room itself was fantastic, it had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. They were friendly, helpful, and made us feel like we were staying with friends. I highly recommend Casas Brancas Boutique Hotel & Spa for a wonderful stay in Buzios.

Luxurious and comfortable stay with excellent service

Miscommunication regarding the late check-out was a minor hiccup.

The hotel's architecture and decor were beautiful. The restaurant offered delicious breakfast and dinner, and the location was perfect, overlooking the sea and close to the stores and restaurants. The parking lot was also very convenient.

The service was not up to par with the high prices. The wifi did not work and it took multiple calls and hours for someone to come to fix it.

The hotel is conveniently located in the downtown shopping area, making it easy to explore the nearby shops and restaurants. The beautiful views from the pool deck offer a breathtaking backdrop for relaxation. Guests raved about the delicious breakfast, with a wide variety of healthy options and fresh fruits. Gelukkig was de locatie geweldig. We waren dicht bij alles wat we wilden zien en doen. Bovendien was de ruimte in de kamer voldoende groot. Het was vooral fijn dat de badkamer ruim en mooi was. De faciliteiten waren echter in slechte staat. Gelukkig was de keuken wel goed genoeg voor mij, want ik houd ervan om te koken. Helaas was er geen balkon aanwezig en waren er niet zoals beloofd 2 badkamers.

De kamer was een grote teleurstelling. Het was vies en de vloeren waren bedekt met vuil.
