We had a very pleasant stay at Grand Jasna. The central location was perfect for us, and the rooms were quiet and clean. The staff was attentive and friendly, making sure that our needs were met. The hotel offered a great selection for breakfast and the meals in the restaurant were delicious. We also enjoyed the various sauna types in the wellness area, providing a relaxing experience. we were impressed by the professionalism and friendly attitude of the hotel personnel.

Great location near the chair lift, perfect for accessing the mountain. Refurbished room with nice decor and a stone feature wall in the bathroom.- Plenty of activities for children, keeping them entertained during the stay.

Late check-in time, couldn't check in until nearly 3pm. Poor quality and selection of food for the evening meal, not worth the high prices charged.

We had a great time at this hotel! The location was perfect for us, as it was right next to the slope, making it easy for us to hit the slopes without any fuss. The room was cozy and comfortable, with the beds and pillows providing a good night's sleep. And let's not forget about the amazing SPA area! The salt, Finnish, and aroma saunas, as well as the outdoor jacuzzi and swimming pool, were a treat for both our bodies and minds. It's definitely a must-visit during your stay here! Plus, the breakfast was simply amazing, with a large variety of food options and freshly baked pastries that made our mornings even better.

The available ski room was quite useful and helped keep our equipment organized. the proximity to the ski lifts was extremely convenient for getting the most out of the day. Loved the shower in our room, with water pressure set just right.

This hotel was a letdown, with several aspects that could definitely be improved. The common areas and facilities were in urgently need of maintenance, and the gym was very basic, without proper equipment for a full workout.
