We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and it exceeded our expectations. The facilities were top-notch and the staff, especially Leticia at the front office, went above and beyond to make our stay truly wonderful. We were a large group of 20+, but they made us feel like valued guests. The location near the Catuai Mall was absolutely perfect and the stable wifi connection was a huge plus. The rooms were well-equipped with amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and mini-bar. The breakfast, served in the restaurant, offered a variety of tasty options. We highly recommend this hotel for families and anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a convenient location.

The hotel's staff was extremely friendly and always available to help us. the breakfast provided was really nice, with a good choice of items and a Brazilian twist. the rooms were well maintained and comfortable to stay in.

To be honest, the internet connection was a bit slow and unreliable. the pool area appeared to be small and could have been maintained better.
