We spent our Thanksgiving holiday at this hotel and we were impressed by a couple of things. the staff was quite helpful and friendly, making our stay more pleasant. the location was great as it was surrounded by fantastic cafes, restaurants, and other shopping centers, creating a festive atmosphere. Plus, the room was kept very clean throughout our stay.

There were some aspects of the hotel that we didn't like. The rooms were not soundproof, which was quite annoying as we could hear the cleaning ladies shouting from as early as 7.30 a.m., disrupting our sleep.

Our stay at Autentico Vertical was a great experience. The facilities were modern and well-kept, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment. The location was perfect, with numerous cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. We especially appreciated the short walk to the beach. The bed and room were very comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as the lack of curtains in some rooms and the noise from the maids outside our door in the mornings, we still had a fantastic time. we would definitely recommend Autentico Vertical for a pleasant and enjoyable stay in Playa del Carmen.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a short walk away from the famous Quinta Avenida. Plus, there is a laundry facility nearby, making it convenient for guests. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, and they even welcome you with a shot of tequila upon arrival! The rooms are clean and modern, with all the necessary amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body lotion. Additionally, the hotel provides beach towels upon request, which is a nice touch.

Some guests have mentioned that the noise levels in the hotel can be quite overwhelming at times.

I was warmly welcomed with a drink upon arrival and their assistance continued until the day of my departure. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, with daily room service that ensured everything was kept neat and tidy. I appreciated the added convenience of being able to request beach towels and having complimentary toiletries in the room. A large supermarket across the street was another bonus, making grocery shopping a breeze. I loved my time here and would definitely return!

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as a flooded shower and a small balcony that didn't offer much of a view, they were minor inconveniences. Additionally, I appreciated the hotel's efforts for sustainability, but I personally would have liked the option to continue using partially used soap.
