The staff, especially Sandro, were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool and beach were within a short distance. Breakfast and dinner offered a variety of choices. Great place for a relaxing trip.

We stayed in a hotel that was a bit rustic but had an exotic and beautiful setting. The location was great, close to most activities and right in front of the internal garden and beach. The room was cozy and the staff provided exceptional service. The breakfast spread was impeccable and there were plenty of options for lunch and snacking throughout the day. The hotel had a lovely pool and the poolside was very relaxing.

The view from our room was not great. We were expecting a nice view from the balcony, but all we saw was the garage and parked cars.

Great breakfast with many options and a delicious dinner. the hotel also had a relaxing pool area and friendly staff. the key location of the hotel made it easy to explore the city and enjoy the beach. the room was clean and comfortable.

The wifi was very weak and barely worked. Another negative point was that the hotel was a bit outdated and some areas needed maintenance.

We thoroughly enjoyed our luxurious stay at this exclusive hotel. the swimming pool, sun terrace and garden area offered a peaceful retreat and the spa lounge with steam room and massage service fulfilled all our leisure needs. the private facilities in our room were a plus, and the restaurant served a variety of delicious meals including special diet menus. The staff provided excellent service and the location offered beach access with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. Cons: During our stay, we encountered only one minor issue, the poolside snack bar and bar lounge area was not always staffed. this did not detract from our overall positive experience at this hotel.
