I had a fantastic stay at Helm Apartments B&B! The location was ideal, right on the Quay, and the parking outside was very convenient. The breakfasts were absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff was incredibly helpful and cheerful, making me feel right at home. The room layout was nice and comfortable, and I even had access to a washing machine, which was a great bonus. The food at the pub was excellent too, especially when reservations were made. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful experience.

The location of the B&B is fantastic, with beautiful views of the harbour just outside of lovely Westport. The Helm restaurant is conveniently nearby, as well as being close to everything else in the area. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing a complimentary food welcome gift upon arrival. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well decorated, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The shower in the apartment tended to flood, causing inconvenience.

We had a wonderful stay at The Helm. The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. PJ and one of the managers were especially helpful in finding a DVD player for our son with special needs. The apartment was clean and well laid out, with a lovely view of the harbor. The living room/kitchen was well-fitted with everything we needed, and the bedroom and bathroom were spacious. The breakfast was delicious and the evening dinner was also excellent. Our dog was made to feel welcome as well. We can't wait to come back.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the harbor and close to everything. Being able to walk to the town center and explore the West Coast was a huge plus. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities provided were excellent. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was the best I had during my entire trip.

I stayed at The Helm Apartments B&B for a few nights and it truly felt like a home away from home. The apartment was cozy and had all the amenities I needed, including a kitchen and washer. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and accommodating, even going out of their way to replace a chirping smoke alarm. The location was perfect for my morning runs, with beautiful surroundings. And I can't forget to mention the amazing Guinness I had during my stay. I will definitely be back!

Great view, late breakfast, helpful staff, thoughtful welcome pack. Spacious 2-bedroom with double and single beds, beautifully decorated bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, cozy sitting area. Freshly cooked breakfast with variety. Convenient location near pubs, restaurants, and Westport House. Would highly recommend and book again.

The location of this B&B was absolutely stunning, right on the harbour and just outside the town. It was the perfect base for exploring the beautiful West Coast. The room was nice and airy, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast, while there were some service issues, was of high quality and delivered fairly quickly.
