This hotel is located in a good neighborhood, with everything you need just a very short walk away. The location is also great, as it is close to the metro, making it easy to get around the city. The staff here are amazing, always friendly and willing to help. The rooms are basic but comfortable, with a fabulously comfortable bed that ensures a good night's sleep. The breakfast provided is also fantastic, with a delicious spread of options.

I had a fantastic stay at this hostel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable about the city, suggesting tours and setting them up at a reasonable cost. The location was perfect, right next to the metro stop in Gloria, which made it easy to explore the city and visit the famous Flamingo beach. Additionally, being close to the Lapa district meant there was always something fun happening, especially at night. The breakfast was delicious and the hostel facilities were clean and well-maintained. the staff, location, and atmosphere of this hostel were outstanding.

Great location, easy access to subway and close to the city center. the daily tours were also a nice feature, always lots to see in the area. the free breakfast was quite good, they offered a variety of foods and lots of coffee.

The new year party was a complete disaster. the hostel was overcrowded, there weren't enough seats or room for everyone to enjoy the festivities.

Stayed at a great hostel in a convenient location near the metro. The staff provided lots of helpful information and organized awesome day tours. The beds were comfortable and the internet was reliable. I had a fantastic time at Discovery Hostel!

The staff at the hostel were excellent and provided great service. The hostel had a laid back, home-like vibe with good music in the background. There were plenty of bathroom and shower facilities available, and I never had any issues with the security of my personal items. The location was conveniently close to a train station for easy access to popular areas like Copacabana and Ipanema. There were also plenty of nearby places to eat, and the Lapa area was great for party hopping at night.

Felt so welcome, no complaints at all.
