Peaceful oasis, lovely staff, exceptional cleanliness, huge gardens, no distractions.

It was all superb.

Loved staying at a historic place that was once a monastery. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were well-maintained and clean, even though the building is old. It's centrally located and close to transportation. The tall stone walls and CCTV made me feel safe and secure.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with the St Bernadette shrine right next door. You can easily walk to other city sites and there are plenty of restaurants at the nearby Place Carnot. The rooms are basic but comfortable, and the staff are welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is good, with tasty bread and a help-yourself option.

Nothing could have been better.

This hotel is a great value for money, with affordable prices and basic amenities. The staff are very friendly and helpful, making your stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect, with other city sites within walking distance and the St Bernadette shrine right next door. The rooms are comfortable, with double beds against a wall and windows overlooking the garden. It's also worth mentioning that some rooms have their own bathroom, avoiding the need for shared facilities. Additionally, the breakfast is served at 7h30, ensuring a good start to your day.

The private grounds are beautiful and peaceful, staff is incredibly kind, felt at home, free and protected parking, unique accommodation with Sainte Bernadette.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We had a fantastic romantic escape to an idyllic retreat. the serene garden provided the perfect setting for our leisurely morning coffee, while the local cuisine at dinner was a highlight, along with the opportunity to dine with other guests and socialize. the location was unbeatable, with easy access to stunning churches and captivating architecture. We also enjoyed learning about the history of the area and taking a guided walking tour.

While the steep walk up the hill from the railway station was a bit of a challenge, those who prefer a more leisurely option can always take a taxi back. a highly recommended experience for a romantic getaway.

No clear parking signage

a walk in the evening to Espace Bernadette Soubirous was an incredible experience. The kind staff made us feel welcome and accommodated our needs, despite the language barrier. The beautiful monastic building and serene gardens added to the peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious and there is a nice restaurant nearby.

No tea/coffee facilities in room.
