Convenient location across from Thermas entrance, near all parks. Helpful maintenance and cleaner teams. Good breakfast, lots of activities for kids. Variety of attractions and shopping within the gates. Enjoyed our stay.

The location is perfect, right next to the Water Park and some restaurants, with a beautiful garden area next to the pool. Staff are polite and helpful, ready to assist you in anything you need. My room was very comfortable and had several advantages like a private balcony and an in-room breakfast, which made my stay even better.

The only minor issue I experienced at this hotel was the restaurant’s limited menu options, as I was expecting to find more international food choices. Despite this, the food quality was good, and the poolside snack bar had several yummy options.
