Convenient location across from Thermas entrance, near all parks. Helpful maintenance and cleaner teams. Good breakfast, lots of activities for kids. Variety of attractions and shopping within the gates. Enjoyed our stay.

Additionally, there are restaurants nearby, providing easy access to food options. The employees at the hotel are polite and the rooms are clean, offering a pleasant stay for guests.

The hotel lacks proper organization, especially during check-in, which can be a frustrating experience for guests.

Location was ideal and very convenient. the hotel was situated right next to the park entrance, and there were several restaurants nearby. the shows with music were impressively presented. the employees were polite and the pool was warm.

There were a few things that could have been better. the salespeople were pushy and interrupted our relaxation often.
