The pool and kids club staff were fantastic, providing great entertainment for my son and making our stay enjoyable. the buffet breakfast was enormous and well-catered, offering a wide variety of options. Additionally, the shuttle service was convenient for going out to eat in the evenings.

The maintenance of the hotel could be improved. There were areas of the room that showed water damage and some lights that didn't work.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the spacious and clean rooms with a balcony overlooking the beautiful pool and beach. The facilities were great, including the ample deck chairs and space at the pool, perfect for relaxing after a long trek. The optional aqua aerobics classes in the pool were a fun way to stay active. The staff was extremely friendly and polite, especially Angelica from the reception and Willian from the front desk. They made us feel welcome and helped us arrange transportation to explore the area.
