We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The room was spotlessly clean and the toiletries provided smelled absolutely delicious. The hotel's restaurant was fantastic and the location was perfect.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just minutes away from the Arena and Broadway. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided were top-notch. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was delicious and had a great variety of options. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my visit was wonderful - they were courteous, friendly, and always willing to assist with any requests. The check-in process was seamless, and the clerk made me feel like a special traveler. The room itself was beautiful, with lovely furnishings and an incredible view. The coffee maker in the room actually made decent coffee, and the room service was prompt and delicious. the level of service I received here made me feel like a celebrity.

I had a truly memorable stay at a hotel in Morumbi, offering a safe getaway from the hustle and bustle of São Paulo. The highlight was definitely the top floor room with a magnificent view of the city and the famous Oliveira bridge. Despite being a bit far from downtown, the spacious and cozy rooms made up for it. I highly recommend this hotel for its great views and comfortable rooms.

The buffet breakfast at Grand Hyatt Sao Paulo was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious food options and impeccable cleanliness. The hotel staff provided excellent service throughout our stay, making us feel well taken care of. The room we stayed in was comfortable, practical, and clean, with a comfortable mattress and an amazing view of the city, especially at night. The bathroom arrangement was well-designed, and the shower worked perfectly.

I really got my money's worth at the Grand Hyatt in Sao Paulo. The room was clean, practical, and had an amazing view. The location was perfect, with easy access to local transport, the airport, and shopping malls. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional.

The staff was beautiful and hardworking, providing excellent service. The breakfast was the best I've had in any hotel and our room had an unmatchable view. This is our favorite hotel in the world.
