I had a fantastic time at Grand Palladium! The service was exceptional, the food was great, and the beach was beautiful. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I especially loved the surf lessons and the delicious dulce de leche crepes. I highly recommend this hotel.

Had a great time this Xmas! Loved that the hotel was located close to the beach and had two huge swimming pools. the food was great, especially the desserts. Enjoyed the variety of activities offered, with something for everyone.

The language barrier was an issue, as many staff members only spoke Portuguese. had to wait for transportation to get from the lobby to the beach.

This luxury all, inclusive hotel oozes exclusivity with its top, notch amenities including outdoor swimming pools, a spa & wellness center, sauna, beauty treatment services. the beach access is fantastic for leisure lovers who want to lounge under the sun and enjoy the waves.

The only minor issue we noticed was the slow service time for beverages. it does not overshadow the highly recommended services and facilities offered by this hotel.
