The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent restaurant recommendations and local activities. The room was surprisingly spacious and had a full kitchen. Breakfast went beyond the usual continental options and offered a variety of choices. The bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of towels provided. The option of guest laundry was convenient, and there were several dining options nearby.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I recently stayed at Best Western in Owego for a few days. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I appreciated having plenty of towels available and the convenience of a guest laundry. The cold breakfast options were perfect for a quick meal, with a good selection of cereals, muffins, toast, yogurt, and plenty of coffee. There were also several restaurants within a short drive, including a McDonald's within walking distance. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, with stores nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

We were pleased with our stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and the beds were extremely comfortable. The shower had the strongest water pressure we've ever experienced in any hotel bathroom. The hotel is conveniently located near stores and the parking facilities were satisfactory. The hotel was clean, which was a major plus for us. In terms of cleanliness, it was definitely one of the best hotels we've stayed in during our trip. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal for our visit to Niagara Falls. We felt that the hotel provided better facilities compared to the previous three hotels we stayed in.

The hotel was conveniently located just off the highway and had a beautiful view of the river. the rooms were nicely furnished and clean, which made for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the outdoor seating area in the breakfast area was a nice spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

The bathrooms were quite small, even for one or two people, which was a bit inconvenient. the breakfast selection could have been better, especially when it came to the quality of the bananas.

We recently stayed at the Best Western in Owego for a family event and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. The hotel's location was convenient, with stores nearby for any last-minute shopping needs. The common areas were well-maintained and inviting, and the pillows were comfortable, as expected from a Holiday Inn. We are definitely looking forward to staying at this hotel again in the future.
