Friendly staff, good breakfast selection, excellent service, pool and spa, clean room.

As a solo traveler, I loved the convenient location of the hotel at the beginning of Copacabana Beach, with easy access to main roads. The beach in front of the hotel was less crowded, making my experience more enjoyable. The hotel offers great amenities, including two swimming pools and two bar/restaurants. I especially enjoyed the rooftop bar/restaurant and swimming pool. The sea view from my room was fantastic, and the housekeeping service kept the room clean and well-stocked. The staff, from reception to breakfast to the bars/restaurants, were friendly and helpful. The air conditioning worked well, and there were no long waits for the elevators.

hilton exceeded my expectations with their amazing service, including a birthday surprise in my room. the view from the terrace café was incredible. i appreciated the convenience of early check-in and the helpful concierge, although i wished for more local dining recommendations.

We stayed close to the beach but across the main road. The room had a beautiful view of the private event at 4 pm on the Hilton private beach area. The bathroom was clean, and the service was polite. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the Diamond Members check-in was a plus.

The front desk staff was occasionally unresponsive and let lines grow long.

I had a wonderful stay at Windsor. The staff was incredibly courteous and helpful, even remembering my name. The hotel was very clean, a pleasant surprise after my previous stay at a different hotel. The location was perfect for me, and they were able to accommodate my early check-in and late check-out. The breakfast had a great selection and the staff made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. I highly recommend Windsor to anyone visiting the area.

The view from my room at the Hilton was breathtaking! I could see the whole Copacabana beach and Sugarloaf mountain. The breakfast was also delicious with a great variety of options. I recommend staying here for the stunning view and tasty breakfast.

hilton made our christmas visit to rio even better! the upgraded room had a stunning ocean view, and the concierge gave us great local tips. breakfast had lots of options, though the queue for eggs was long. location is perfect, with restaurants nearby and a rooftop bar with city views.

Great location near airport, shopping mall and beach. Nice breakfast with healthy juice options. Beautiful rooftop terrace with amazing views. Helpful, friendly staff and good atmosphere throughout the property. Pool and spa were clean with comfortable rooms offering good WIFI.

Our stay here was truly luxurious. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exclusive amenities provided in this hotel. The spa & wellness centre offered a wide range of services, including body scrubs and full body massages. We especially enjoyed spending time in the infinity pool on the sun terrace, which provided stunning views of the beach. The location couldn't be better, with direct beach access and plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas available.

The only minor issue we encountered during our stay was with the in-room breakfast service. Although the food itself was delicious, there were some delays in getting our order to the room.

The hotel offered complementary beach services including chairs and umbrellas -- a rare benefit to find at a beachfront hotel. there were plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The view of the beach from the hotel room was breathtaking.

The spa experience was lacking. The facilities were dirty and crowded, and the treatments were overpriced.

Well-appointed hotel on Copacabana Beach. Provided beach towels, umbrellas, and chairs. Felt safe with visible police presence. Spacious corner room with fantastic views. Exceptional breakfast in a beautiful seaview restaurant. Allowed early check-in and late check-out. Upgraded to a beautiful room with a view. Great location and amazing views.

hilton rio completely exceeded our expectations! the beach access, rooftop views, and amazing breakfast made our stay perfect. we felt safe and the staff was so helpful. can't wait to come back!
