All my thoughts, no sugarcoating

The location is fantastic, which justifies the price. I enjoyed the friendly staff and spacious rooms, but the breakfast needs work—boiled sausages and tough ham disappoint. The neglected housekeeping left a lot to be desired, and the musty bathroom odor was quite unpleasant. Let’s hope for a little TLC in the future.

Room lighting is subpar, making it tough to read comfortably!!! Housekeeping inconsistencies were apparent, with services not meeting daily expectations!!! Maintenance issues like slow elevators and weak water pressure can be frustrating!!!

The staff was friendly and assisted us promptly, but beware of noise from other guests. Breakfast had decent options but ran out quickly! 😅

The indoor pool had extended hours, which made it a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring.

The shower pressure was quite low, making it hard to enjoy a refreshing rinse after a long day.

The staff here were just as sweet as peach cobbler! The room was clean, and I reckon the breakfast had a nice variety. That lady lookin’ after it made sure we didn’t go hungry. My only hitch was the pool bein’ closed till evening, but otherwise, a solid stay. Definitely would come back!

The Junior Master Suite was pretty comfy for my family of five, lots of space with two queen beds and a sofa bed. Got woken up by creaky noises from upstairs at 2 AM, though, which was not fun. The room was clean and decorated with some cool baseball-themed artwork, which felt fitting since we were in Cooperstown. Breakfast had good options like bacon and waffles, but there were some misses too. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again despite the noise issue!

The room cleanliness was a redeeming factor amidst these concerns.
