This really speaks to their commitment to customer service. We felt welcomed and at home right away. the rooms were spotless, the rooftop views were amazing, and the breakfast was delicious. Great value for money. Can't wait to visit again in October!

The value for my money at this lovely hotel was great. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the old town. The staff at Pousada Pedacinho Da Bahia treated me like family, making me feel safe and at home.

The morning meal could have been improved with more variety in the selection of dishes.

We had an issue with our visa upon entering Brazil, and the staff at Pousada Pedacinho Da Bahia were incredibly considerate and helpful. They changed our reservation date with no extra fee, which showed their commitment to customer service. We're looking forward to our visit in October. I highly recommend this hotel.
