Convenient location near Blue Mosque and other attractions. Friendly and helpful staff. Large balcony and spacious rooms in the family suite apartment. Good value for money.

The location of this hotel is excellent, just a short walk from the Blue Mosque. The room may have been small, but it was clean and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised to find slippers, fruit, and a fresh bottle of water in the room upon arrival. The Turkish breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a variety of options. I also appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially Jenghis and Hamdi. I had a great experience at Katelya Hotel and would recommend it to others.

The hotel is perfectly located near all main attractions and has rooms with lovely views of the city. The bathroom was great and even had a bathtub. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of meats and jams.

During our Xmas stay, we were thrilled with the complementary welcome drinks and complimentary coffee/tea in the room. the hotel is located in a prime area close to major attractions and quaint restaurants. We were delighted to find one more bonus; the rooms were well-heated, cozy, and comfortable.

The quirk of having to stand next to the sink to close the bathroom door was a minor inconvenience. our room did not have enough electrical outlets to charge multiple devices.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in old Istanbul. the location couldn't have been better - just a short walk to Sultanahmet, Hagia Sophia, and Topkapi Palace. the hotel itself was charming and the rooms were comfortable. the highlight of our stay was the breakfast, which was delicious and filling. what really set this place apart was the friendly and helpful staff. Whether it was arranging tours, organizing airport transportation, or quickly fixing a problem, they always went above and beyond with a smile on their faces. We even had an issue with our wifi, but it was fixed in no time while we enjoyed breakfast. Highly recommended!

The rooms are cozy and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and good quality toiletries. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options and the hot dishes are cooked to perfection.

The soundproofing in the rooms could be improved.

The value for my money at Katelya Hotel was excellent - comfortable rooms, complimentary water, tea, and coffee, and a great view of the sea. The location was perfect, just a two-minute walk from the main attractions, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
