The location of the hotel was convenient, close to restaurants and shops. The room we were given after the initial issue was nice, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The staff were friendly and quick to resolve any issues. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide selection of delicious food to start the day.

The overall facilities were average and lacked the wow factor.

I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff and their prompt response to any issues. They quickly moved us to a much nicer room when we discovered a broken bathroom window. The facilities were decent, nothing extraordinary, but similar to other quality hotels like a Holiday Inn Express. I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Acalanto and would recommend it to others.

The breakfast offering at this hotel was great, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Moreover, the location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the nearby area. The staff was friendly and courteous and made sure that we had a comfortable stay.

The accommodations fell short of our expectations. We encountered a few issues, including a broken bathroom window that couldn't be closed and subpar facilities that did not offer the level of comfort we were hoping for during our Christmas vacation. we were disappointed with our stay.
