The location of this hotel is perfect, just a short 10-minute walk to the center of the city. It is close to the main square yet far enough away from all the traffic, which means that it is not too loud at night. You can easily explore the city and find multiple restaurants and bars within walking distance.

All aspects of this hotel were great, nothing to complain about.

The hotel is located in a particularly nice looking area, close to everything but quiet. It is very close to the main square in Cusco, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with attention to detail. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing exceptional customer service. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of options. The hotel also offers facilities such as free mini bar refills, complimentary bottled water, and coca tea and coffee available in the lobby.

The hotel is located on a not-that-nice-looking street, a bit far down Saphi street.

During my Easter getaway, I stayed in a lovely hotel that offered exceptional service. the staff was welcoming and accommodating, allowing me to leave my bags early before check-in. the breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of delicious choices. the location was perfect, within walking distance to several museums and restaurants.

Although the room was cozy, I had trouble with the heater and needed assistance to work it properly. the location was not ideal, as there was construction going on in the area, making walks to the hotel a bit unpleasant.

The rooms were comfortable and spacious, excellent breakfast, helpful staff, great location near the main square, safe for solo travelers, clean rooms.

This hotel is a hidden gem tucked away from the bustling streets, yet still conveniently located near the central plaza. The cozy rooms, with their quality bedding and subtle Andean touches, ensure a comfortable stay. And the best part? Breakfast is included, offering a variety of hot and cold options to start your day right.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

Great value option with comfortable rooms, modern bathrooms, and TVs with English channels. Helpful staff arranged taxi pickup and securely stored luggage. Beautiful courtyard. Wish I had stayed longer!

During my stay at Tierra Viva, I was greeted warmly by the friendly staff. They were quick to assist with carrying my bags and ensured that my room was clean and comfortable. The customer service provided by the entire staff was exceptional, making me feel valued as a guest.

I also appreciated that the hotel stored my luggage for free before my trek. However, I regret not returning for my last night in Cusco after the trek.
