During our romantic escape, we had a wonderful time in the hotel. the staff was very kind and the check-in process was quick. the housekeepers were efficient and made sure our room was clean and tidy every day. One thing we really enjoyed was the breakfast, which had a lot of options to choose from and we could self-service in our own way. the location was also very convenient, as we were able to walk to many attractions nearby.

Despite the good experiences we had, we did have some negative aspects we wanted to provide feedback for. We used the laundry service, and unfortunately, we were charged an exuberant amount, which we felt was dishonest.

The breakfast at Araguaia was simply delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I loved being able to serve myself and enjoy a tasty start to my day. The location of the hotel was also ideal, allowing me to easily explore the city when I wasn't busy with work. The building itself was beautiful and added to the overall charm of my stay. The check-in process was quick and the staff were friendly, making me feel welcomed throughout my time there. The housekeepers were exceptional, always ensuring my room was clean and comfortable. Despite a few minor inconveniences, these positives made my stay at Araguaia enjoyable.
