The hotel is located close to a historic area with kind and friendly staff. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the rooftop pool/bar/dining space was enjoyable with great views of the city.

Breakfast should have been included considering the high price range of the rooms and the coffee in the room being charged felt cheap. the view from some rooms was poor, and the hotel's location was not ideal, while the area surrounding the hotel was less than desirable, lacking much of interest to walk to.

The hotel is conveniently located near a historic town, allowing for easy exploration. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with outstanding beds and pillows. The hotel staff is friendly and efficient, providing excellent service. In terms of facilities, guests can enjoy a rooftop pool with a stunning view of the city.

The breakfast lacks authentic local flavors, which may disappoint those seeking a truly immersive dining experience.

The beds and pillows at Fasano were the best I've experienced in any hotel. The room was well appointed with thoughtful details and plenty of power outlets. The service was outstanding, and the breakfast was exceptional. The rooftop pool offered a lovely view, and the local art in the restaurant added to the ambiance.

Service was exceptional, and the Spa & wellness centre was an amazing experience. the Rooftop pool had a stunning view of the city, with a Sun terrace and Sun loungers for ultimate relaxation. the exclusive facilities made me feel pampered and spoiled. the Restaurant had exquisite dishes, with Special diet menus to accommodate various dietary needs.

The only minor issue I had was with the Poolside snack bar which could be improved. I expected more from the snacks and beverages, especially for such an exclusive hotel.

Close to historic area, safe to walk during the day. No breakfast, but good and pricey. Helpful staff and excellent service. Upgraded to suite with functioning AC. Rooftop pool and bar offer nice city view. Beautifully restored building near historical town.

Excellent service, luxurious beds, well-appointed rooms, convenient power outlets, outstanding breakfast, beautiful local art.
