During my recent trip to this city, I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that exceeded my expectations in several categories. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable. The rooms were impeccably maintained, with fresh linens and a spotless bathroom. Additionally, the hotel facilities provided ample opportunities for relaxation and leisure, including a well-equipped gym and a refreshing swimming pool. Another notable aspect was the convenient parking facility offered by the hotel, allowing me to safely store my rental car throughout my stay. Lastly, the hotel's prime location in this city made it incredibly convenient to explore the surrounding areas, with noteworthy attractions such as an amazing French bakery just a stone's throw away.

All was perfect

During my recent stay at Hotel La Falaise Bonapriso, I was impressed by the helpfulness of the front desk staff. When I realized there was no electrical outlet next to my desk, they promptly provided me with multiple outlets, ensuring I could easily connect my laptop and charge my phone. The breakfast buffet offered a balanced selection of national and international choices, all of which were of great quality. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a restful sleep throughout my stay. The welcoming and polite staff, including the guards in the parking lot, made me feel valued as a guest.

While the overall experience at Hotel La Falaise Bonapriso was positive, there were a few minor drawbacks. the carpet in the corridor on the fourth floor had a slight smell, possibly due to the humidity in Douala.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The service was top-notch, just like what you would expect from a five-star hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with a brand new feel. The location is perfect, with an amazing French bakery just across the street. I also appreciated the room service and car hire options, as well as the dry cleaning and laundry services. I had a fantastic experience here and would highly recommend this place to anyone!

We had the most convenient location right in front of an amazing French bakery, La Maison H. The smell of freshly baked croissants and pastries every morning was delightful. The room was spacious with a clean and modern bathroom. The service was exceptional, with a friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options. The view from our room was breathtaking, overlooking the bustling streets below. Additionally, the hotel had excellent facilities, including a restaurant and reliable Wifi.

The parking space was limited, and we had difficulty finding a spot at times.

Friendly staff, excellent service, clean and new facilities, English-speaking staff, polite and civil atmosphere.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel had a beautiful, clean, and brand new appearance, making it a great place to stay.
