Great location with nice view, comfortable lounge areas, historic stonework, rich breakfast choices, secured car parking, friendly staff with limited English but tries hard to communicate.

The breakfast buffet was really good, with plenty of options to choose from and delicious food. the personnel was super friendly and accommodating, always eager to help us with anything we needed. Another great aspect was the location, as it was very convenient for exploring the city and close to all the main attractions.

The noise level was quite high, especially during the nighttime, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the rooms could use a bit of updating, as the decor was quite old-fashioned and some of the fixtures seemed a bit outdated.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location was perfect, right in the heart of town, allowing us to easily visit all the sights in the historical center. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist us with any requests we had. The room was well-maintained and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like air conditioning and a mini-bar. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast served at the on-site restaurant.

The hotel is conveniently located in the historic center, within walking distance to the main square and beautiful churches like the Church of the Concession. The rooms are spacious and clean, with well-sized bathrooms and good water pressure in the showers. The front desk staff is helpful and friendly, making for a pleasant stay.

The Wi-Fi coverage is poor and unreliable, which can be frustrating for those who rely on internet access during their stay.
