During my Christmas stay at the hotel downtown, I appreciated the central location, easily accessible and convenient for exploring the area. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure that we had everything we needed during our stay. The daily breakfast buffet was also a nice touch, with great variety and a range of tasty options.

Our room was not kept clean, and despite requesting housekeeping several times, the room was not properly cleaned. The bathroom amenities were also completely depleted, and there were no new ones provided during our stay. Finally, the noisy air conditioning unit made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. while there were some positives to this hotel, the negative aspects outweighed them, and I wouldn't recommend a stay here.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city center, giving us easy access to everything we needed. The room was spacious and well-kept, with all the amenities we could ask for, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. We were also impressed with the cleanliness and efficiency of the housekeeping service.

We highly recommend this place to everyone.
