Our arrival at the hotel was smooth and hassle-free. the hotel staff was professional, offering options for our early arrival. They stored our luggage and provided us with the password for Wi-Fi while we waited in the lobby. the room on the 4th floor was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view. the meals we had at the hotel were satisfactory, including the breakfast buffet.

Using Guayaquil as our travel "home base," the Holiday Inn was perfect. Close to the airport, we could easily walk 300m from the terminal. The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful, even storing our excess luggage while we explored the Galápagos Islands. The hotel had a wonderful restaurant, a pool for the kids, and spacious rooms for our family of four. Sanitizer and temperature checks made us feel safe, and the 4-course meal for $10 was a steal.

We also appreciated the free shuttle service to Mall del Sol in case we needed anything.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn near the airport for a quick and convenient overnight stay. From the moment I arrived, I felt safe and well taken care of. The staff was incredibly friendly and hospitable. My room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The best part was the special 4 course meal offered between noon and 2 pm, which was an outstanding deal for only $10. To top it all off, when I checked out, they even sent someone to check the room and they found and returned $500 in cash that I had left behind. That kind of integrity is truly exceptional.

There were some noise issues due to alarms and sirens in the area, which could be bothersome. the pricing of the hotel seemed reasonable at first, but the additional 22% tax and service charge made it quite pricey.

Stayed here over Xmas. Was given free chocolates upon check-in and a glass of champagne on Xmas eve – nice touches. Conveniently located close to the airport and shopping mall. Enjoyed the pool on Xmas day, it was clean and quiet.

Room was dusty, and had a musky odor. the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were too soft.
