Great value for money, with affordable prices and included breakfast. Excellent location in a safe neighborhood, close to many nice restaurants and the vibrant "Savassi" area. Attentive staff, offering good service and attention to detail. Clean and comfortable rooms, with enough space for hanging clothes.

Located on a busy street with plenty of dining options nearby. Night reception was helpful and quickly resolved room issue. Comfortable and updated rooms make it a better choice than other hotel chain. Good breakfast available for an additional fee. Conveniently close to shops and bars in Savassi, with a taxi rank outside.

The hotel had a good location, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They had an ironing room which was useful, and the internet was great. I also enjoyed their breakfast; it had many options.

The noise from the street was very loud, I could hardly get any sleep and it continued late into the night. the room was not cleaned properly, and the towels had stains.

I stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by how new and clean it was. The room had a lovely view over the city, and the maintenance was top-notch. The best part was the quick and courteous service from the staff. They resolved an issue with the internet connection in just five minutes. Additionally, when we checked out a day early, the receptionist deducted the cost of our breakfasts and even offered us lunch. The hotel is also conveniently located near good restaurants and cafes. Despite a few minor drawbacks mentioned in other reviews, overall I would recommend this hotel.
