I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza in Yichang for 5 days. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and had everything I needed. The Japanese restaurant was delicious and offered great prices. The pool and sauna were clean and enjoyable. The location was convenient and the staff, especially Alex, were fantastic. Alex went above and beyond to help us and made our stay easy. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel.

The hotel was beautiful and immaculately clean. the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. the hotel also offered a great location near popular tourist attractions and had easy access to public transportation. Another advantage was that the hotel had a delicious breakfast selection with plenty of options to choose from. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Yichang.

While my stay at the hotel was wonderful, there was one negative aspect that I experienced. the service in the foyer lounge was slow and unresponsive.

One of the downsides was that the breakfast buffet tended to get cold if you arrived later, so it was best to go early to enjoy the food at its best.
