The hotel is located in the Botafogo area, which is in South Rio and is a very nice residential area. It's away from the tourist spots, but still easily accessible. The staff at this hotel are fantastic, with many fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Their suggestions were invaluable in navigating the city. The rooms are clean and spacious, with all the essentials and a good desk for working. The shower in the room was excellent.
