Despite our 12-hour flight delay, they allowed us to check in at 4 am and even provided us with snacks. Rebecca at the front desk even drove us into town to help us find a bank and food. the location of the hotel is excellent, being close to everything we wanted to see. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with nice amenities like comfortable beds and a great shower. the staff, especially Francisco, were friendly, helpful, and spoke English well. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from both the zocalo and the Santo Domingo Church. We loved being right near a pedestrian-only street, which made exploring the city so easy. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with the rooms being spotless and the beds being very comfortable. The staff was also a highlight of our stay. Francisco and Rebecca at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. They even drove us into town one day to run some errands. the hotel facilities were great, and the breakfast provided was delicious.
