Room cleanliness could greatly improve, particularly the toilet!!! The number of working elevators is an absolute joke. waiting long periods or climbing stairs is absurd!!! Front desk efficiency could absolutely use a serious upgrade!!!

the Ibis in Rio is a total disappointment, I mean, who knew elevators could be so elusive? I had to lug my bags down the stairs after waiting forever! also, i was looking for a complimentary treat due to all this inconvenience, but alas, nothing. the only thing more annoying than the loud conversations at 5:30 a.m. was my undelivered expectations.
